Please note that all utility connections will be the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive confirmation that the installation preparations are complete, we will assign our technicians to assist you.


To cover the expenses associated with our technical support, including round-trip airfare to the nearest airport, local transportation to your factory, accommodation, and meals, we kindly request that you bear these costs. In the event that our technicians need to stay overnight, an additional service fee of $100 per day will be charged.


Our dedicated technical support team will work closely with you to ensure a seamless installation process. They will provide guidance, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that the automatic coffee capsule filling machine is set up correctly for optimal performance.


In addition to installation support, our technical team is available to provide ongoing assistance and troubleshooting guidance. Warranty Policy


At HIJPACK, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality products. We guarantee that all our machines are brand new and unused. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a 12-month warranty period, starting from the date the machine is delivered to you.


During this warranty period, we are committed to addressing any issues that may arise due to the machine’s quality. Upon receiving notification from the buyer, we will promptly provide the necessary spare parts, free of charge, within 10 days via express delivery. However, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs.


If additional spare parts are required, we will arrange for their preparation within 10 days. The cost of these additional parts will be borne by the buyer.


We understand the importance of minimizing downtime and ensuring the smooth operation of your machine. Our dedicated team will work diligently to provide you with the necessary support and assistance throughout the warranty period.

Shipping Info
